Composite materials
Air freight containers
Having a low own weight reduces the overall weight of the aircraft when it is fully loaded and allows it to carry more cargo in a limited space. The reliability of the box should be strongWhen there is an unexpected situation such as loss of pressure in the cabin, it is necessary to ensure that the pressure in the box is suitable for the pressure of the cabin, and can withstand the drastic changes in air pressure without deformation. Excellent corrosion resistance ensures that the inner wall of the box is not corroded when carrying perishable loads.

Para-aramid
Solutions for air container applications
Based on the excellent properties of the material, para-aramid can provide professional application solutions for air containers.
The outer box of the air container is generally a lightweight aluminum plate, and the aluminum plate is replaced by a composite material reinforced with para-aramid fiber, which can make full use of the outstanding advantages of para-aramid fiber itself in terms of high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and light weight, which far exceed other materials, and play a vital role in improving the performance of air containers.

Para-aramid Fabrics
Compared with the commonly used air container aluminum, the quality of para-aramid composite material is only 50%, which means that the air container using para-aramid composite material is lighter than the traditional container, and each box can reduce the weight by 10-40kg on average, if a cargo plane uses all para-aramid composite air containers, compared with other containers, it can reduce the take-off weight of 400-600kg, reduce the amount of aviation fuel, and improve operational efficiency. While the stability of the box is greatly improved, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 240 tons a year.
